It would be vividly recalled that on the 2nd of October, 2014, event house giants, Charterhouse sued Dancehall musician, Shatta Wale for defamation, seeking damages of GHc 10 million. This was after the latter, took to his Facebook page to upload derogatory videos against the events company and its CEO, Iyiola Ayoade.
Fast forward to this day, the musician seems to have eaten the humble pie by demanding to, “…make Ghana happy” by making peace; speaking on GhOne entertainment show The Pundit, Charles Nii Armah (Shatta’s real name) indicated his willingness to end his beef with Charterhouse.
“I’m ready any time if called upon to resolves issues with Charter House to make Ghana happy. I have apologized severally on many platforms and registered my readiness to smoke the peace pipe with the event planning firm over the years, so I honestly don’t know how else to put it again,”
Do you think that Shatta Wale is sincerely apologizing or should Charterhouse bury the hatch and just move on? Let’s have your say.
