A Zimbabwean high court judge has granted bail to detained protest pastor, Evan Mawa-rire, charged last week for subverting the government.
High Court Judge Clement Phiri, who previously ruled against Grace Mugabe, said Mawa-rire was a good candidate for bail, as he was not likely to abscond.

The judge said the State’s case against the founder of the #”This-Flag” movement was weak.
He ordered Mawarire to pay 300 dollars in bail money, surrender his passport and report twice a week to his local police station.
