Cracks have started to emerge in the Raila Odinga led ODM party after nine MPs threatened to walkout of the outfit.
The MPs from Western Kenya led by Funyula MP Paul Otuoma said they were not happy with the way the party chairman, John Mbadi is running its affairs.
Speaking at a press briefing in Parliament Tuesday, Otuoma accused Mbadi of belittling some legislators.
“We are not happy with what Mbadi is doing. He has conducted several meetings in western Kenya without notifying sitting party MPs from the region,” said Otuoma.
“Raila should tell us if we are guests in the party or not, so that we can make appropriate moves. We have contributed to the success of ODM,” he added.
MPs at the press briefing included Ababu Namwamba (Budalangi), John Waluke (Sirisia), Raphael Otaalo (Lurambi) among others.
