Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State has said he will not contest against President Muhammadu Buhari in 2019 presidential election.
He noted that President Buhari had shown good leadership virtues and should be encouraged.
The governor stated this on Sunday while addressing media executives, who were on tour of projects across the state.
He stated that President Buhari had shown that kind of courageous, visionary and people-oriented leadership and would therefore support him to continue beyond 2019.
Okorocha was among APC chieftains who challenged Buhari for the presidential ticket of the All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of 2015 elections.
