President Muhammadu Buhari will on Friday sign the 2016 Budget into law.
The Appropriation Act was passed by the National Assembly over a month ago with the President declining to assent to it.
The President had declined to sign the budget because it was distorted by the National Assembly.
But, Senate Leader, Ali Ndume on Monday said the grey areas in the 2016 budget causing the conflict between the National Assembly and the Presidency have been solved.
Ndume said the late signing of the budget will not affect its implementation.
