Journalist Joshua Sang has celebrated his acquittal by the ICC at a Nairobi hotel with his family and friends.
The former radio host has together with Deputy President William Ruto been released from his charges at the ICC after a verdict of no case to answer was delivered by the trial judges.
Sang who was waiting for the verdict in Nairobi said he was headed to a Nairobi hotel to celebrate the ruling.
” I am going to the Weston Hotel to thank God with my family and friends,” he told News24.
The Weston Hotel belongs to DPP Ruto.
Sang said he would release a statement later in detail over the matter.
” I will release a statement later but I am happy to be free,” he added.
