Officers of the Nigeria Police Force have arrested officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) with signed results sheets at the university town of Choba near Port Harcourt.
The forged results sheets have been collected from the INEC officials who are now in the police custody.
Accreditation and voting are still ongoing in all polling units in the state.
