Nigeria: Abductors Of Lagos Schoolgirls Reduce Ransom To N60 Million

Lagos – The kidnappers who stormed Babington Macaulay Junior Seminary, Ikorodu in Lagos on Monday night, abducting three Senior Secondary School (SS) female students have reduced the ransom to N20 million per student, reports Vanguard.

The gang had allegedly demanded N200 million for the release of the girls.

The kidnappers decided to reduce the ransom following pleas by their contact in the school.

It has been established that the kidnappers were former militants turned vandals.

Timilehin Olisa, Tofunmi Popoolaniyan and Deborah Akinayo, all SS)2 students were kidnapped at about 9:30pm on Monday in the school premises.
