Benue – A former Auditor General of Borno State, Abbah Kyari has been killed in a fire outbreak at the Vice Chancellor’s lodge of the University of Lagos (UNILAG).
Kyari was said to have sustained sustained injuries that eventually led to his death in the fire incident that started around 2am from one of the rooms in the lodge.
He was among delegates in the entourage of Shehu of Borno, Abubakar Ibn Umar Garba El-Kanemi who is currently being installed as the Chancellor of the university.
His remains of the late former Auditor General has been returned to Maiduguri for interment by 2pm.
