KZN police seek witnesses to ‘mysterious’ Inanda shooting

Johannesburg – Police in KwaZulu-Natal are urging possible witnesses and community members in Inanda to assist in solving a “mysterious” shooting on Tuesday evening, which left three people dead.

“It is alleged that three victims were inside the house when a group of unknown men entered a room and opened fire at them,” police said in a statement.

One victim, aged 18, died instantly and the other two, aged 24 and 26, were taken to hospital where they later died.

KwaZulu-Natal provincial commissioner Lieutenant General Mmamonnye Ngobeni condemned the killings.
