Bike left crumpled on the road after Margate crash

Durban – Four people were injured in a crash between a motorbike and a car in Margate on Wednesday night.

Netcare911’s Chris Botha said two of the people had serious injuries when paramedics arrived at the scene on the R102 at the Seaslopes traffic lights.

The injured people were treated on the scene and then taken to hospital for further treatment.

A picture from the scene showed severe damage to the motorbike.

Margate is a popular seaside destination for motorcycling enthusiasts.
