Celebrities Pay Tribute To Zimbabwean Music Legend, Oliver Mtukudzi

Zimbabwean musician Oliver Mtukudzi died at the age of 66 on Wednesday.

Speaking to The Juice Oliver’s South African booking agent, Kevin Stuart, confirmed the tragic news, saying: “Yes, it is true. The family are requesting space during this difficult time and will release an official statement within 24 hours.”

No further details surrounding his death has been released.

Following is death celebrities have taken to social media to pay tribute the music legend including Flint Bedrock, DJ Fresh, Oskido as well as Minister of Culture, Nathi Mthethwa.

Grammy award-winning group Morgan Heritage tweeted: “He was a giant of a musician & so humble at the same time. We pray the legacy of this great musician lives on forever.”
