American rapper,  Lil Nas X has described marriage as a “bondage” and wants wedding ceremony/celebrations to be “normalized” without having the “marriage” attached to it.

In a tweet, the 21-year-old gay rapper, wrote:” I feel like weddings are dope but not marriage. it’s time we normalize weddings without the bondage of being with someone for the rest of your life.”
