At least 13 Zimbabwean nationals were injured when a South Africa home affairs ministry truck overturned in Limpopo during deportation, a report said on Tuesday.
According to The Herald, the accident occurred on the N1 highway between Musina and Makhado towns on Thursday last week.
The vehicle was transporting 18 people who were being repatriated to Zimbabwe after violating South African immigration laws, the report said.
Sources at the Beitbridge border post reportedly said that 12 victims had been treated and discharged at the Musina hospital.
The other one, however, remained in hospital and was said to have sustained serious injuries.
The N1 highway linking South Africa to Zimbabwe has over the years recorded a number of road accidents.
Last year a minibus transporting several Zimbabweans was involved in a head on collision with a bus near Musina claiming all lives but the driver.
