The Court of Appeal, Abuja, has actually set out an application by the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, looking for to stop his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).
Saraki had actually approached the court asking it to urge the CCT to remain process on his trial pending the decision of an additional application he submitted before to the appeal court.
