The Economic Financial Crimes Commission has been granted permission to arraign former Governor of Abia State, Orji Kalu, by the Federal Court of Abuja, Naij reported.
Kalu was provided with a judgement by the Supreme Court to be arraigned on May 16 by the EFCC.
He will be arraigned along with his firm, Slok Nigeria Limited.
Kalu has been arraigned before for in 2007 by the past eight years he has stalled moves by the prosecution to open a case with him.
Justice Suleiman Galadima has stated that Kalu has a case to answer to due to allegations levelled against him by the EFCC.
