SIXTY HEARTY CHEERS TO ME! Happy birthday to me. God, having led me this far, I will say you're worthy to be praised. I will be eternally grateful to you, O Lord! For the gift of life, I say alhamdulillahi. For the sound health, I say alhamdulillahi. For your divine favour and special grace in my life, alhamdulillahi. O Allah, I give glory and adoration to thy holy name. Blessed is thee, in whose hands lies the dominion of heavens and earth. Anytime I reminisce on how I began my life, I feel happy and give thanks to my Creator, for where I am today and where I will be in future. He made me scale through the hurdles of life without being scathed. He illuminated my path when everywhere was gloomy and dark. He lightened my burden when the challenges were heavy and depressing. He lifted me when men thought I had fallen. He made me emerge triumphant when the world thought I had lost. I sojourned in the thorny path of life and I came out victorious. He (God) assured me, "Yinka, what I have in store for you in future is better than what I have done for you at the moment". I have the strong belief that no one could have done it for me, if not you, God the Almighty. Thank you Lord. You are the Alpha and the Omoga. You are the beginning and the end. There is none like you. I will continue to serve and worship you. Sixty years on the surface of the earth is a significant milestone. I came, I saw and I conquered. It is not by my might, but by the power of my Lord. I thank my parents for giving me the best of life training. I thank my family, both nuclear and extended, for their love and assistance on all fronts. I thank the Nollywood family for their kind support in my career. My appreciation is incomplete without expressing my profound gratitude to all my fans and well-wishers. You all made me what I am today. God bless you all. Happy birthday to me, once again.
