NTV Uganda news anchor Tumusiime has astounded her watchers with the declaration of her commitment to kindred media identity Andrew Kabuura live on TV during a morning talk show on Monday.
Flavia, who couldn’t contain her energy declared that Kabuura had at long last gone down on one knee.
