“There Are No Rappers Of My Calibre In Ghana” Sarkodie Says in New Single

It is not a new thing for rappers to throw shade at other rappers or artists in their songs. it is one of the trends that makes the rap game more interesting and intriguing

The latest artist to go down this road is Ghanaian rapper, Michael Owusu Addo, popularly known as Sarkodie. In his new single titled “Gimme Way” he insinuated that there are no rappers of his calibre in Ghana and they will only get one when he’s dead.

This line is an obvious shade to top rappers in Ghana such as; Obrafour, Lord Kenya, Kwesi Authur, Teephlow and a host of other talented rappers.

He also said his reign as the best rapper in the country won’t end anytime soon as he has been relevant in the music scene for a long time despite the ill treatment of Ghanaians towards him.
