‘The Place Is Bustling’ – Trump Cheers As People Rush to Bars to Have Drinks after Supreme Court Overturns Lockdown Order

US President, Donald Trump, took to his Twitter account to cheer on Thursday, after photos circulated on social media showing people take to bars and the streets after a judge overturned Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers’ stay at home lockdown order.

According to Trump the court’s decision was a ‘win’ as ‘people want to get on with their lives.’

State Supreme Court – in a shocking decision – struck down Governor Tony Evers’ stay-at-home order. According to the court, Evers’ administration overstepped its authority when it extended the mandate for another month without consulting legislators.

It was the first ruling of its kind in US, a nation that has suffered over 82,000 deaths from Coronavirus.

The place is bustling!,’ Trump tweeted, also referring to Republicans’ victory in a special election Tuesday to fill the seat of former Rep. Sean Duffy.

‘Good numbers coming out of States that are opening. America is getting its life back! Vaccine work is looking VERY promising, before end of year. Likewise, other solutions!,’ he added
