According to organizers of this scheme, most young musicians do not get the encouragement to pursue both music and tertiary level education simultaneously.
This in their view, leaves a huge gap in their educational lives, and in helping to bridge this gap, TMAG will employ creative measures to help promote both agenda.
They also added that the scheme seeks to strategically create a general awareness for young folks to pursue a tertiary level education in addition to their talents.
