Diamond Platnumz’s ex-bodyguard Mwarabu Fighter has a new job, he has been employed by Tanzanian actress and film director Irene Uwoya.
Speaking in an interview, Mwarabu for the first time opened up, disclosed that he was allegedly mistreated by his former employer.
He alleged that he worked at Wasafi under difficult conditions, toiled and moiled for little pay.
The heavily built guard added that his bosses did not care about his welfare, he had no say on the terms of his work and was under undue pressure failure to which his salary would be deducted.
Drawing parallels between his current and former employer he said that life is now better.
“Utaratibu wa kazi uko mzuri sana, mara ya kwanza (Uwoya)aliponitafuta, alifuata misingi yangu na alipoifuata tukawa tumeelewana katika zile mpaka sana unapoona anakua na ratiba nzuri tu tofauti na awali.
“Kwanza alivyo nicheki alinifuata katika ofisini akaniambia twende sehemu fulani, tukakaa na tukaweka misingi ambayo ni mizuri kwa hio sasa akiwa na hafla yake before masaa nane/tisa ananitambulisha kwa vile anajua mimi ni mtu wa mishe mishe ananitaarifu mapema.
“Sa hizi nafanya kazi ambayo mimi na mteja wangu tunakubaliana….Zamani nilikuwa nafanya kazi kwa kuamriwa. Nilikuwa chini ya mikono ya watu, kwa hiyo niliuwa naambiwa tu kesho nakutaka sehemu fulani kwa hio huwezi kupiga sauti au shughuli nyingine yoyote y akuwza kuingizia kipato,” said Mwarabu.
He narrated that he had four accidents in the line of duty.
“Mimi mwenyewe nishawahi kupata matatizo mengi sana, achana na kupat ajali na bodaboda yangu. Nimepata ajali za boda boda mara nne kwa kuambiwa tu eeh bwana wahitajika sehemu fulani chukua boda boda haraka sana,” he added.
