Tsonga rapper Sho Madjozi keeps winning and reigning supreme. The star at the weekend made history by becoming the first South African female to win a BET Award for Best International Act.
The BET Awards took place on Sunday night at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles, California.
Sho Madjozi beat fellow nominees such as Mzansi’s very own AKA, Teniola Apata (Nigeria), Headie One and Octavian from the UK, Jokair and Nesly (France).
In her acceptance speech, the SAMA Newcomer of the Year and Female Artist of the Year award-winning star encouraged girls where she is from to never change and reminded them they can be a star no matter where they are from.
