In an interview with Power FM, Bonang mentioned that her House of BNG brand will be about more than just her MCC.
Chatting about how she came up with the name, B said she wanted a something that could be used for a wide range of things, adding that she sees House of BNG as an umbrella company.
She also let slip that one of the things she will launch under the name is a shoe range.
“It [House of BNG] is going to give birth to so many other things. Imagine House of BNG the fashion range. I just signed an incredible diamond deal in New York, there’s a shoe range that’s coming out too. All under House of BNG.”
The TV personality launched her House of BNG MCC in mid-March at an exclusive event in Johannesburg. The drink, which was initially only available at Woolworths, sold out on the day of its release.
Further on in her interview, Bonang also mentioned that she will be releasing a red wine in 2020 named after her mother, Charlotte. As well a white wine later on in 2019, which she plans on calling “elegenté”. “Elegant with an ‘e’,” she said. Perhaps the star’s way of getting her own back after someone pointed out that she misspelt the word “elegant” on some of her MCC labels.
