Nigeria: What Falana Told Buhari Over Killings By Herdsmen

Human right lobbyist, Femi Falana SAN, has disclosed to President Muhammadu Buhari that he nearby other worldwide and neighborhood human rights activists will battle to ensure that the killings of Nigerians arrive at an end.

Falana talked on Tuesday amid the Special National Honors Investiture service at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

He was one of the speakers at the event where the late Chief MKO Abiola, the acclaimed victor of the June 12, 1993 presidential race and others formally got national respects.

Falana, while ending his speech, said, “Mr. President, you have done well by this singular gesture.

“But before I end my speech, I must assure you that I and other human rights campaigners must fight to make sure that the killing of innocent Nigerians in the country stops.”
