Award-winning rapper Nicki Minaj has called out the organizers of the Grammy Awards for not giving her the award for the Best New Artiste in 2012.
The category for Best New Artiste in 2012 had Nicki Minaj, Skrillex, J. Cole, The Band Perry, and Bon Iver. The winner of the category was Bon Iver.
Nicki called out the organizers of the award on Twitter. Shortly after the release of the nominations for the 2020 Grammy Awards, the rapper revealed that she deserved the award at the time.
