Mike Sonko Causes A Stir After Declaring Himself The Acting President Of Kenya

Nairobi Senator, Mike Sonko caused a stir at a funeral service in Machakos when he said he was the ‘acting President.’
“Rais Uhuru is in Togo, Deputy President William Ruto is in France. I am number three in command politically influence-wise and socially… I am now the acting president of the republic of Kenya,” he said.

Sonko, who had been tasked with reading the President’s speech during the burial of Wavinya Ndeti’s husband, even charged at the master of ceremony and rained insulting on the mourners.

When the bereaved former Kathiani MP finally intervened, Sonko calmed down but not without a punch: “Musituletee…Taka taka nyinyi … ghasia nyinyi… (don’t dare are garbage),’” he shouts.
