One thing we’ve learnt about the coronavirus is it doesn’t pick and choose who it affects, we must all adhere to certain safety measures and stay indoors.
The same is true for American rapper Cardi B, who’s staying at home and updating fans on life in lockdown on Instagram. The latest video that has people talking is of her daughter, Kulture, who turns two in July.
In the video, Cardi B walks to her living room and calls her daughter’s name multiple times. “She’s dead*** not sleeping, she’s just going to look at me,” the rapper says after trying to get her daughter’s attention.
Eventually, the person sitting next to the toddler takes Kulture’s dummy out of her mouth to catch her attention.
Kulture looks at her mother for a few seconds before putting her dummy back in her mouth and turning back at the screen of a device.
It’s evident the little girl gets her sassy attitude from her mom.

Cardi B was supposed to headline the Castle Lite Unlocks two-day experience in Joburg next month. However, the Covid-19 pandemic forced the event, and others, to be put on hold. Organisers announced they’re postponing the event to 5 December 2020.
