Guardians will effectively shield their kids from whatever may hurt them – and reality star Kim Kardashian is no special case.
In a meeting with Extra on Thursday Kim clarified that she sent her most youthful little girl Chicago to Cleveland with her sister Khloé, to keep the 10-month-old from getting this season’s cold virus.
“Yesterday was a hard day because we have the flu going around, so once the flu happens, and I felt it in the house and my baby didn’t have it I sent her to Cleveland with Khloé,” she told the channel at the launch of her KKW Fragrance.
This may seem a little extra but Kim has had to deal with a sick child and husband before and it was reportedly a difficult time for the makeup mogul.
Earlier this year, her two-year-old son Saint West was hospitalized for pneumonia as reported by E! Online.
Kim also posted on her Instagram page about the incident.
“My precious baby boy is so strong!” she wrote alongside a photo of her holding her 2-year-old son. “After spending three nights in the hospital & seeing my baby get multiple IV’s and hooked up to oxygen machines, our end of the year was challenging. Pneumonia is so scary.”

My precious baby boy is so strong! After spending three nights in the hospital & seeing my baby get multiple IV’s and hooked up to oxygen machines, our end of year was challenging. Pneumonia is so scary. I just want to thank every nurse & doctor out there who works so hard around the clock. We are so grateful for you all! He’s home and all better. He’s so resilient I’m sure he will still say the ambulance ride was cool! My strong Saint 👼🏽
