Comedian Eric Omondi is set to wed longtime Italian fiancee Chantal Grazioli before the end of 2019.
Speaking to Radio Citizen, the recently crowned funniest man in Africa confirmed his planned nuptial will not be this year but latest September 2019.
Omondi disclosed that has seriously thought about marrying Chantal and that parents from both sides have been in constant communication on the same.
“I know we have dated for long and time is ripe for me to put on that ring and very soon, though it will not be this year rest assured September 2019 we shall have exchanged vows. I have consulted from both sides and Chantal’s mother is a great friend of mine,” he revealed.
The comedian has posted an emotional video commemorating the achievement of Kenya’s past and present TV comedians.
He chose to pass the message through a rendition of Kenya’s famous patriotic song ‘Wimbo wa Historia’, which was originally written in the 1970’s Enock Ondego, and reinvigorated by a 13-year-old pupil, Leyla Mohamed, a few weeks ago.
