Eleven officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission who supervised the 2015 elections have been alleged to receiving N120 million of the N23 billlion in the former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke corruption deal, Punch reported.
The Economic Financial Crimes Commission arrested the officials along with former Resident Electoral Commissioner in Rivers State, Gesila Khan.
The officials were interrogated the EFCC and confessed in receiving millions of naira.
Names of the detained officials have been released.
