Akwesi Boadi, a Kumawood actor popularly known as Akrobeto has suggested that he would be perfect for role as the Assemblyman accused of inciting the mob in the death of Major Maxwell Mahama, in the rumored yet-to-be made movie about the incident.
Speaking in an interview with Peace FM, Akrobeto said that he was in support for a movie based on the incident to be produced, as it would serve as some form of educational material to inform people of the need to end instant mob justice.

According to him, he would like to play the role of the Assemblyman, William Baah, as he would be the perfect fit for the role.
Not long after the incident that led to the death of army officer, Major Maxwell A. Mahama, rumors emerged of Kumawood’s intention to produce a film on the incident.

However, this idea has drawn many differing opinions from the public and some movie actors, such as Nana Ama Mcbrown who happens to be against the idea.
Major Maxwell Mahama was laid to rest at the Military cemetary in Osu, after the State Burial Service held for him at the forecourt of the State House.
His Thanksgiving service was held on Sunday, June 11 at the Lighthouse Chapel International, Qodesh temple in North-Kaneshie, Accra.
