Ghanaian Rapper Sarkodie Hands Over BET ‘Best International Flow’ Award To Rival

Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie did the honors of presenting the award for Best International Flow at this year’s BET Hip Hop Awards to winner UK rapper Stormzy.

Even though Ghana did not grab a nomination this year, last year’s winner Sarkodie is trending on Twitter for the singular honor of awarding the new plaque holder.

The show was held in grand style as outstanding Hip Hop artistes across the globe walked home with plaques and bragging rights.

Flags of the country are still high as regards the scheme as rapper Kwesi Arthur was featured in the BET Hip Hop cypher.

On the nominees’ list, this year were international artistes like Kaaris (FRANCE), Stormzy (UK), Djonga (BRAZIL), Khaligraph Jones (KENYA), Meryl (FRANCE), Ms Banks (UK), Nasty C (SOUTH AFRICA).
