Winners of 2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards today got their money prizes connected to the honors at the DSTV office in Abelenkpe.
Every victor grabbed a GH¢3,000.00 check while the agent for Artist of the year, late Ebony Reigns and lifetime accomplishment of the year which was granted to an individual from Wulomei aggregate Naa Amanua Dodoo got 10,000ghc each .
The late Ebony’s check was introduced to Bullet, supervisor of Ruff Town Records who thus gave the cash over to Ebony’s dad.
Lynx Entertainment artiste Kuami Eugene who won the “Best New Artiste of the Year” award received a DSTV decorder aside his Gh¢3,000 as part of his prize package.
Speaking in an interview with the Head of Communication at Charter House, George Quaye after the presentation, he told attractivemustapha.com that next year will be their 20th anniversary of rewarding hardworking artistes and encouraging more talents in the Music and Arts industry in general and used the opportunity to entreat musicians to give their very best next year.
According George Quaye, Charter-House envisages good things to happen next year because there are lot of positive things being planned and the media will be updated with time.
