Black Panther fans have reason to celebrate after Marvel Studios co-president Kevin Feige confirmed that a sequel for the blockbuster film is set to be released in 2020.
At the Studios panel at D23, Feige said that Black Panther 2 is scheduled for release on May 6, 2022.
The D23 fan fest’s movies panel took place this past weekend in Anaheim, California.
Director Ryan Coogler, according to The Verge said that team is “taking their time with it” in order to get it right.
Coogler and Feige did not reveal what the sequel’s title would be.
