Michelle Obama’s Father’s Day IG Post to Barack Is Making Us Tear Up a Little

The former first family has had us in our feelings already since leaving office, but today (June 18), perhaps melted our hearts beyond what we could take.

Michelle took to Instagram today and posts a photo of her husband and girls from years ago (prior to his presidency). “Happy #FathersDay @BarackObama,” she captioned under a picture of Barack holding Sasha and Malia. “Our daughters may be older and taller now, but they’ll always be your little girls. We love you.”

If that wasn’t enough, Barack decided to reply with the classiest response via Twitter. “Of all that I’ve done in my life, I’m most proud to be Sasha and Malia’s dad,” he wrote. “To all those lucky enough to be a dad, Happy Father’s Day!”

Awwwww, *crying face emoji.* How time flies, too. Sasha’s of driving age and Malia’s going off to Harvard in the fall.
