Boko Haram terrorists have revealed two major conditions which the Federal Government has to meet in order to secure the release of 83 more Chibok girls.
According to a Naij report, a source has disclosed that while the release of 21 girls was based on trust in sincerity shown by the FG, the release of more girls will be based on a ransom payment and the subsequent freedom of 16 detained Boko Haram commanders.
In its latest video, the Islamist sect has called on the Federal Government to release detained terrorists in exchange for more girls while stating that the demand still stands.
In addition, the source has also revealed that only 104 girls were left as the rest have been married off and radicalised.
“The remaining 83 girls are with a top leader of Boko Haram and those are the only ones we are going to work for their release in the next phase of our negotiations which starts immediately.
“The others had since become Boko Haram members, having been married off and radicalised into Boko Haram as soon as they were captured over two years ago,” the source said.
