The “Antenna” hit maker indicated that he was partnering with a Jamaican artiste, Chronixx to promote education in the two countries.

The musician posted on Instagram and made known his intention as he solicited for support from benevolent individuals. Some excerpts from his project read, “We’ve decided to embark on a new mission, to build a school in Ghana & refurbish a school in Jamaica. Then we want to link the schools up, so the children are connected with each other through technology as well as curriculum. Whilst we are doing the building work, we will also be starting a volunteering programme for the school in Jamaica and Ghana, so that people can go and help out while they are on holiday. Why are we linking up? Together we are stronger, we believe that the people are generous and want to give, they just don’t trust big charities, because they take ages to get jobs done and you never see where the money went!”.

The musician, in spelling out the details of the project indicated that the partnership was to refurbish a school in Jamaica and establish a JHS in Ghana. He added that the two schools were going to be linked with both of them having the same educational curricular. He added that the two schools would be open to many exchange opportunities.

The “This Is New Africa” creator indicated that both the ancestry of Ghana and Jamaica are linked so the collaboration was a step in the right direction.
