The President Goodluck Jonathan has said that Boko Haram wants to destabilise his government.

He also spoke on why he had to attend the UN summit in Brazil

The President made this known in a media parley currently ongoing…

“Terrorists all over the world have one common agenda: destabilising government,”

And that the terrorist  tactics is to see to it that government is brought to a stand still.

He said that the visit to Brazil was away of proving to Book Haram that government is still stable

The president reiterate that fact that Nigeria would halt the violence and that government is still open to dialogue with  Boko Haram if clear demands are made.
