MAJOR-GEN HENRY AYOOLA TAKES OVER AS NEW JTF COMMANDER, PLATEAU STATE

A new commander has been appointed for the Joint Task Force (JTF), Plateau State. He is Major-General Henry Ayoola.

At a brief handing-over ceremony on Saturday, Ayoola promised to leverage on his wealth of experience, the cooperation of his officers and men, the public and the press to restore peace on the plateau.

By virtue of this appointment, he will also oversee the activities of the JTF in Bauchi State.

The new commander is an electrical and electronics engineer, an alumnus of the Nigerian Military School, Nigerian Defence Academy, Obafemi Awolowo University, the University of Lagos, among others.
