Forty-five-year-old Nsekera who is the President of Burundi Football Association, was co-opted into the committee but will be formally installed at the FIFA Cingress in Budapest on Friday, according to FIFA in an official statement.
She is already a member of FIFA committees for women’s football, the women’s World Cup and the organizing committee for the Olympic football tournaments.
