An ODM legislator has earned himself the moniker bull of the year by impregnating 26 poor school girls out of 60 who he had offered to pay school fees for.
The MP who is known to be generous and outgoing, seems to have taken the advantage of the girls whose parents are too poor to pay their school fees. Unfortunately for the school girls they seem to be getting the kind of education which they had not bargained for.
Parents of the girls are always bribed with Sh 1o, 000 to be silent on the matter.
The MP who is very vocal on ODM matters is vying to become Governor in part of Western Kenya in the next general elections.
